Gearing Up for Winter
Snow is just around the corner!
There's a lot happening at CB Nordic these days. For us, snow is always just around the corner. As our summer of planning comes to an end, we're so excited to share the 2024-2025 winter dates and programs with you.
Mark your calendars for a winter of nordic!
- Season Passes on Sale - Tuesday, September 3rd
- Yurt Dinner Reservations - Tuesday, September 3rd
- Youth Program Registration - Tuesday, September 10th at 10 a.m.
- Masters Registration - Friday, September 20th
- Thanksgiving Camp Registration - Friday, September 20th
- Alley Loop Registration - Tuesday, October 1st
- Annual Potluck - Thursday, October 3rd
- Grand Traverse Registration - Sunday, December 1st (midnight)
In the meantime, we're gearing up for the 11th annual Summer Grand Traverse, which will take place over Labor Day weekend. We're looking for a few more volunteers to help us make it all happen. Sign up today to help out at bib pick-up, join an aid station, or spend the day at the run finish line in Aspen.
Lastly, we're redesigning the CB Nordic website. So, starting next week, things will look a little different on our corner of the internet. Reach out if you have any questions or can't find something!

2024-2025 Season Passes
On Sale September 3rd!
Get unlimited skiing for the whole family with a 2024-2025 season pass. Take advantage of early-bird pricing when season passes go on sale Tuesday, September 3rd. Prices increase on November 1st.
In addition to access to all 55 km of groomed trails, each season pass purchase comes with benefits, including five free rentals, $50 off Magic Meadows Yurt Dinners, 30% off lessons and tours, and discounts on Alley Loop, Gothic Mountain Tour, and Grin & Bear It registrations.

Magic Meadows Yurt Dinners

Fine dining in the backcountry returns! Reservations open at midnight on Tuesday, September 3rd. Be sure to pick your dates early; holiday weeks fill up quickly!
We're thrilled to welcome Chef Tim Egelhoff back for another season. Enjoy a delicious five-course meal, fine beverages, Montanya Rum cocktails, and the quaint peacefulness of the Magic Meadows experience.
Dinners will be hosted:
- December: 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 31st
- January: 4th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 25th
- February: 8th, 14th, 15th, 21st
- March: 1st, 7th, 8th, 15th, 21st, 22nd

Thanksgiving Camp!
November 29th - December 1st
After a year of construction, we're so excited to bring Thanksgiving Camp back. Jumpstart your winter on the right ski. Join us for morning and afternoon clinics. Sign up for skate and classic techniques, or stick with one discipline. We've got offerings for adults of all abilities, a youth U20 camp, and new this year, para camp clinics.

Masters Adult Programming
New offerings this winter!
The Masters Community offers nordic programming for adults of all skill levels. Whether you're a Masters veteran or new to nordic skiing and/or Crested Butte, we hope you'll join us this year. We offer personalized 3-week coaching sessions in small-group settings to help you improve your technique and fitness.
We're switching up traditional leveled Masters groups (formerly level 1, 2, and 3 skate and classic) and using Movement Analysis to create skill-based cohorts. We're opening up Power Hour to everyone, expanding Adult Biathlon, and, of course, keeping Performance Group going strong.
