It’s #GivingTuesday.  If you value the access to groomed trails that we provide, please consider making a donation here.  We are a nonprofit with a mission is to provide individuals of all ages and abilities the opportunity to learn, enjoy, and improve in the sports of cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

Trail grooming is on hold until we get more snow. The melt/freeze cycles have hardened and depleted the snow pack such that our drags cannot dig in enough without stopping the machines or digging into the dirt and grass. Thanks for participating in our early season skiing!

Lily Lake grooming is finished for the season, thanks for participating in our Thanksgiving Camp if you did! Ruthies Run remains open and skiing well in the shady areas. Please be careful behind the Ice Rink and thin areas. Trail Pass Required on Ruthie’s Run. Thanks for always displaying your pass!

PLEASE SKI WITH CAUTION – EARLY SEASON CONDITIONS EXIST

The Nordic Center is open on for Pass Purchase and Pickup, Ski Tuning and Hotbox services. Please stay off of the mowed Nordic Trails until they are groomed and opened for skiing. All of the Trails in our system have PRIVATE PROPERTY with in them and are secured by easements that DO NOT ALLOW for walking, biking or dogs.

Thanks for tuning to the Crested Butte Nordic Trails Report and sign up for daily updates by joining the email list online.  http://skitrails.info/report/crestedbutte
