Our group last Wednesday at Ginny Turners’ Crested Butte CORE studio. We had 6 stations that mixed core, upper body and leg strength.
Wednesday, 4:30-5:30 at Ginny’s CORE studio, 502 Belleview (upstairs, next to Clarks). Carry your clean workout shoes, please no dirty trail shoes. Ready to roll, 4:30.
Friday, 4:30-5:30, Nordic Center for ski striding on trails + dry-land strength. Bring any kind of poles 2-3” shorter than your classic poles. Easy again this week, building ski muscles until we are on snow.
