Trail Report

1) The Eastside trails are now closed.

2) The Rec Path is Closed to Skiing and is being plowed soon

3) Ruthie’s Run is still holding snow, but the road up to the Bench is melting out fast, and reports are coming in of rather scary conditions due to the variety of snow conditions one can encounter, sometimes rapidly, from point to point in the trail. We will keep it groomed as possible, but must reduce frequency due to melting snow on the road.

Bottom line – We’re trying to keep the Bench/Westside open for the rest of the week, but daily grooming is not likely. Please check the trail report before heading out, and no matter what it says, expect spring-time conditions (frozen solid in the morning, slushy in the afternoon, frozen slush in the evening/next morning, etc).
