Masters Update
Registration Opens Soon
Masters Program Descriptions are now online. Check out the newest offering, the Performance Technique Group, for experienced skiers that want that extra edge on the competition.
COVID-Protocols: Like with our Junior Programs, groups will be smaller and have a consistent coach assigned to them. Individuals and groups will be more spread out on our trails. Masks will be required for any “non-actively skiing” time, and all activities will be out of doors. The same changes will happen throughout Ski School, so that Lessons and Tours are consistent with these policies.
Registration is opening in late-October for returning skiers (keep your eyes peeled for an email), but then open registration begins November 1. Mark your calendars! With smaller group sizes and other provisions for COVID in place, we will have limited capacity in the Master Program this year.
New this year, Masters will offer the choice of a 3-week session (2 clinics/week) or a 6-week session (1 clinic/week), so you have more options to fit your schedule. We have beefed up the schedule so you have more days and times to choose from. The Performance Training Group has even added a Tuesday/Thursday 10:30 a.m. time slot, in addition to the noon, so we can fit more people in with smaller groups. For Performance Training this year, you have to pick one day or both days, and then stick to either Tuesdays or Thursdays. Questions? Email [email protected].
Thanksgiving Camp
2020 Edition
Start your season right by getting on skis with an expert coach nearby. The Thanksgiving Camp kicks off with the Round-Robin Skate Ski refresher on Thursday, November 26, then heads into full-day clinics for experienced skiers and 1.5 hour clinics for new-to-nordic folks. We are implementing many COVID protocols this year, such as distanced groups, masks, and outdoor-only activities.
The major change to this year’s Thanksgiving Camp is that there will be NO kids camp. With all programs being outside all day and more, smaller groups for adults, we do not have the capacity to do a kids camp, as well. We hope to bring it back for 2021!
We’ve also changed our booking policy to a reservation system. Upon registration opening you may reserve desired clinics by making a $25 deposit. Once we are sure that snow conditions & public health guidelines will allow the camp to proceed, the balance of your clinic fee will be charged. Registration is coming soon! Learn more.
