It's registration time!
Are you ready?
We blinked, and it was August. Even though we never really stop thinking about snow over here at CB Nordic, now it’s officially time to get ready.
Yurt Dinner reservations are open, season passes go on sale September 1st, and program registrations (kids and adults) open just a week later on the 7th. While we are soaking up every last bit of these afternoon rainstorms and singletrack glory, we’re ready to welcome you back to the Nordic Center on November 11th.
If you’re just as anxious about winter as we are, we encourage you to get involved – join K Club. K Club is a select group of donors who give $1,000 or more annually. These donations allow us to maintain 50km of groomed trails, offer world-class programming for kids and adults, and provide a community hub for locals and tourists alike during the cold winter months.
Lastly, we’re closing our Strategic Planning Survey on August 25th. It’s not too late to share your feedback. We are your community Nordic Center – please take a few minutes to let us know how we’re doing and share your valuable ideas for our future.

Thanksgiving Camp
Some changes this year...
We’re taking a break from offering our traditional Thanksgiving Camp this year as we focus on completing our new facility, The Outpost. Fear not, exciting things are still being planned. We’re partnering with Southwest Nordic Center to host a Thanksgiving Camp for the kids. Keep your eyes peeled for camp details soon.
The Outpost
Concrete and walls!
All of a sudden, there’s a lot to see at the construction site. The walls are going up, and we look forward to having a dried-in structure by mid-September. We loved sharing the construction progress with you, our community, at the Outpost Celebration last Friday. If you weren’t able to make it, stop by the Nordic Center, and we’ll give you a tour. We have $60k left to raise to reach the finish line of this decade-long dream, and everything counts. If you haven’t yet, please consider a donation to The Outpost. If you want more information about this project and the future of CB Nordic, please reach out to Development Manager Kylie Collins, [email protected].
