A Season of Learning

Spring Newsletter

Every year CB Nordic creates a Spring Newsletter to reflect on the past season. This was a year of adjusting to all sorts of newness at the Nordic Center. Thank you all for being an integral part of our year of learning. We can’t wait to keep growing with you as an organization and community.

Please note, the newsletter is best viewed on a computer or in landscape format on your phone, so you can truly appreciate Xavier Fane and Dave Kozlowski’s beautiful photographs!

Outpost Update

It's finally happening!

As we turn the seasonal corner, we’re thrilled to be nearing the fundraising finish line for the Outpost, with $100,000 left to raise. Over the course of three years, more than 300 individuals have contributed to the project, including multiple local partners. As an organization reliant on snow, a commitment to sustainability and the environment is a high priority. The Outpost will include a full solar array and air-source heat pump, among other efficiencies, making it one of the Town’s most energy-efficient buildings. What you can expect to see happening here this spring is the site preparation, snow removal, digging trenches for new utility lines, and staging equipment and material.

Help Us Improve!

Did you have a season pass?

If you had a season pass this year (child, adult, 10-punch, etc.), please take our end-of-season survey to help us determine what we did well and what needs work. Fill out this survey so we can hear your voice and best serve your needs.

Complete the survey by May 8th, and you’ll be entered to win a season pass for the 2023-2024 season. The winner will be announced in next month’s Nordic News!
